Level-Up
You can use this strategy to carry a lower level pet to give it some experience.
This strategy has been built to be as fast as possible.
The strategy takes a while. Sit back, get yourself a warm drink and relax the scenery.
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
You want a strategy that does the job in one shot? This might be the one for you!
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
This table shows the level increase for completing the fight with level 25 pets and one carry pet.
Partial level experience is not included in the calculation.

This strategy has been marked for Teroclaw Hatchling's Dodge+Nature's Ward moveset presence, which will no longer exist in Battle for Azeroth.
Urgency: Medium

was this really necessary?

Double Explode strat, very simple.

Mech Pand Dragon 1-/-1
Darkmoon Zep /-2-1
lvl1+ carry pet

Turns 1+. Breath until the first 2 enemy pets are down
Eye of Impetration comes in
1. Pass/Breath/whatever, doesn't matter, you get interrupted
2. Breath
3. Explode
Bring in Zep
Then: if Eye has >555hp; Thunderbolt; if 555 or less; Explode

Working TDScript:

ability(#1) [ enemy.round~1,2 ]
ability(#2) [ enemy(#3).hp<556 ]
ability(#3) [ enemy(#3).active & enemy.hp>555 ]
ability(#1)
change(#2)

I just spam Breath until the third pet comes in and explode (with one more breath before that if you have the health), use that to swap to the lvl pet for free, and finishing it off with my Lil'l Blingtron (though any other mechanical pet would work).

The Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling actually soloes the fight. Dunno if I was lucky with some crits or is doable on every try. Didn't swap pets and used once Thunderbolt with the second Eye up.

With Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling it's even possible to lvl 2 pets at once, i just take magic ones or others who can take a hit and switch them in during the 2nd eye (do not use decoy to switch them in)

Same here. I do not understand why change to Teroclaw Hatchling.

NOTE! Pass when/if enemy pet 1 has aura Dark Rebirth!
Turn 1: Decoy
Turn 2: Swap to pet 2
Turn 3: Swap back to Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling
Turn 4+: Spawm Breath to Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling dies.
Swap to Teroclaw Hatchling and finish battle with Alpha Strike.

TD Script for this fight:

ability(Decoy) [round=1]
change(#2) [round=2]
change(#1) [self(#2).active]
standby [enemy.aura(Dark Rebirth).exists]
ability(#1)
standby [!self(#1).dead]
change(#3)

I skipped the teroclaw all together. I did everything up to swap level pet in, and then instead of swapping to teroclaw, I swapped back to my Mechanically Pandaren Dragonling and let him finish the fight. Worked like a charm.

This worked on my 4th attempt. I had to throw a couple of Thunderbolts in the mix, and the big crit to finish Inq definitely made it possible. It's high risk, rng-wise, but worth a few bandages.
