If you can, pick a frog with higher speed than 280. Alternatively one of the Power variants. All other frogs can work as well but it's very risky.

Then I used Puddle Terror. Still a lot of RNG but I was lucky and Benax was able to take the first hit from Quillino. Doesn't always happen that way though. Keep Nature's Ward up on Puddle Terror and Dive on cooldown filling in with Punch. My Puddle Terror managed to survive through Quillino and had Dive ready for Fethyr's first hit. He actually managed to get Fethyr down to half before dying.
I brought in Slimy Hermit Crab with Ooze Touch, Phase Shift, and Moonfire. He cleaned up the fight easily - such a powerful pet against flyers. (edited)

Puddle Terror (2 1 2)
Ghostshell Crab (2 2 1)
This is based on a comment made on one of the strategies here. RNG still a factor. Watching enemy ability timers is a must.
Starting with Emperor Crab
1. Shell Shield
2. Renewing Mists
3. Surge
From this point always keep Shell Shield and Renewing Mists up based on the below conditions:
4+. If Shell Shield has 2 turns left and Renewing Mists has 1 turn left then Renewing Mists
4+. Always refresh Shell Shield with 1 turn left on it
4+. You can allow Renewing Mists to come off unless you need to refresh Shell Shield next turn
4+. Surge in between until Lil' Spirit Guide Dies.
Quillino comes in and will cast Spectral Spine which will kill Emperor Crab. Bring in your Puddle Terror.
1. Nature's Ward. If Spectral Strike hits you may need to restart the fight but it's still possible to complete this successfully.
2. Follow the priority below:
2+. Dive if Spectral Spine has 1 turn left on the cooldown.
2+. Keep Nature's Ward up
2+. Punch
Quillino Dies and Fethyr comes in.
While Puddle Terror is up prioritize:
1. Dive if Fethyr's Lift-Off is off cooldown
2. Punch until Puddle Terror dies
Bring in Ghostshell Crab
Prioritize as follows:
1. If Lift-Off is off cooldown then Bubble
2. Use Spirit Spikes only when Lift-Off and Preen have 2 or more turns left on their cooldown - Fethyr will be faster than your Ghostshell Crab and the only way Spirit Spikes will do its damage is if Fathyr will cast Thrash the turn AFTER you use Spirit Spikes.
3. Grasp
I've tried it on 6 toons (7 total attempts) today and it worked every time when Quillino's 1st Spectral Strike missed (5/7); on the two time it hit I was 1 for 2.
This seems the most solid option from the ones posted. I've had no success with any of them. I failed to complete the fight with all three posted strats as the RNG was a killer.
Again, the credit goes to the post mentioned above from "Anonymous wrote on 06/24/2017". This post made me come up with this strategy. Good luck!

Small Frog (2,1,2) S/B (289S/257P) - Speed is the key
Puddle Terror (2,1,2)
Ghostshell Crab (2,2,1)
Swarm of Flies/Healingt Wave/Tongue Lash til healing Wave is available. - Spirit Guid Down
Swarm of Flies and Frog dies, but you soak up the first big hits
I then followed the guide above, did it 4 times - failed once. Sort of a blend of Strat 1 and 2.

Bubble> If Lift-Off and Preen are off cooldown (they usually come off cooldown together)
Spirit Spikes> If there are at least 2 turns left on the cooldowns of Lift-Off and Preen
Grasp> Otherwise
Multiple times it happened where, following the above instructions, Spirit Spikes and Bubble were not happening at optimal times, and several times Spirit Spikes was just being wasted, which is how Fethyr dies with this strategy. I'm not sure if the instructions I provided are optimal, but it wasn't until I did this instead of following the above instructions that this, or any of these strategies, finally worked for me.
