ALL credit goes to DragonsAfterDark. Cursed Birman is brilliant for this fight. The inspiration.

479 is dragon damage and allows for 2/3 crits.
* Wildfire is a potential alternative depending on stats |

P/P Gorm Needler is the best by far but I didn't want to limit alternative pets. It basically makes it "round" proof (side note: It also allows you to use a H/S Ghastly Rat).
Restored Revenant works as an alternative #3 pet as well, just use Roar of the Dead instead. Tranquil Mechanical Yeti also works as an alternative #3 pet as well, just use Supercharge, Call Lightning instead. |

This worked for all breeds, though leaning towards Power stats helps.
There was a bit of variance in my testing, but the TD script covers all possibilities I found. It is possible you want the Anklerender to Standby until the "thorns" aura ends. The script handles it. |

Iron Starlette's have been mentioned several times, but this uses a leveling pet which works great as a pass for Lil' Algalon's defenses. Script also uses passes efficiently for time saves.
Definitely need P/P in slot 1. Haven't tested a slower Iron Starlette for slot 3 (didn't have another), so any breed may work, but P/S is the only one faster than Lil' Algalon which could make a difference. |

For the Cursed Birman non-havers like me. This strat hinges on Kun-Lai Runt beating the first two pets. There is a fairly uncommon instance where Celastro spams Arcane Blast and kills our Kun-Lai Runt early. Reset if he dies before Cozmos does.
NOTE!!! I have not tested this on other breeds for Kun-Lai Runt and Unborn Val'kyr, as I don't have them. |

There is a world in which this strategy doesn't work - if the Spectral Raven misses the infected claw during darkness, you can lose. However, as is with the percentage of that hitting, I was successful 9/10 times(only missing once).
These are also the breeds that I have. Other breeds are possible. This battle is more of a priority list with these pets as well since there is RNG on what moves Celastro uses. |

I also think you might want Xu-Fu to die at the same time as Algalon, who should die from Creeping Fungus, but the breeds of Squirrel combined with the variable damage of Diseased Bite makes this window very narrow when Spirit Spikes comes into play. I'm not sure if you got really lucky on Diseased Bite rolls, but as written this is very RNG.
