That said, Atherton only have one attack that does damage, and it's on a long cooldown, so Cauterize is easily able to keep up. By the time Atherton is dead, there won't be much left of the rest of his team. It might be interesting to experiment with a S/S Bound Stream (1,1,2) in slot one using Healing wave and Tidal Wave.
